One
of Benchmark Studios greatest attributes is our eye with images. We have extensive
expertise in digital image programs and techniques, but our 60 years of experience
with photography makes us experts in how an image should look. Many people
that work with images on computers are not photographers. These computer operators
do not know how a shadow should look, what distortion looks correct, or how
much retouching on a person is acceptable. We do. Our expertise comes from
years behind the camera making images look good on film.
We can retouch, take a subject
out and drop it into a digitally created background and provide a real look.
We have shot cars in our studio, then put them on 5th Avenue in New York City.
This, in the past, would have required city permits, traffic control and many
people. Moreover, if the client decides to change the color of a car from
